KENNETH emery | managing partner | is the owner of Human Element Hospitality, which keys on three success factors: People, Product, and Process. He brings decades of experience from markets across the country. He is the Concept Developer of widely acclaimed restaurants, including Barterhouse Ybor, Burwell’s Steakhouse, Balao, Husk, Prohibition, 5th and Taylor, Charleston Speakeasy, and many more.

DEBBIE wren | office administrator and bookkeeper | maintains compliance on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. She brings 25 years of Trust Account paralegal experience and project management experience from a series of building contractors. Her attention to detail keeps the office running.

GRANT garner | facilities and construction manager | brings over thirty years’ of operational experience. His unique perspective allows for quick problem solving and efficient results.

KRIS pierce | GENERAL MANAGER pizza n brew SIESTA | has worked on Siesta Key for 15 years and uses that knowledge to ensure Pizza N’ Brew offers everything locals and visitors look for when going out on Siesta. His experience aims Pizza N’ Brew in a strong, proven direction and continues the foundation established by the Segreti’s when they opened the Siesta location 35 years ago.

KYLE bledsoe | ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER pizza n brew SIESTA | brings culinary experience cultivated in Paris, California, and New England. He opened the Arrive Hotel Palm Springs as Exec. Sous Chef and opened the Viceroy Hotel Palm Spring as Exec Chef. His experience also includes Exec Pastry Chef Hard Rock Hotel LA.

Founded to help end the ocean plastic crisis, 4Ocean cleans the ocean and coastlines while working to stop the inflow of plastic by changing consumption habits. They pull one pound of plastic out of the ocean for every product purchased.

Suncoast Charities for Children

Provides funding support to the Suncoast Foundation which over the years has constructed area facilities located in North Port, Venice, and Sarasota and last year provided services to approx. 5,000 special needs children, teens, adults and their families
